Note: this message is about "HTML5 Video" (whatever that is), not the FLASH video that we all know and hate.
Chromium version: 18.0.1025.151 (Developer Build 0 Linux)

amd64, HTML5 video on chromium recently stopped playing. Anybody know why? Example videos that do not play but previously played:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlSF0dtDRD8
http://www.w3schools.com/html5/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_video_all
They "load" and I can "seek" by dragging the bar around, but they do not "play". Anybody know which package is responsible? I'd be happy to downgrade it to whatever it was a month ago to see if that helps. My guess is chromium, but someone removed all the older chromium packages from portage
Thank you,
Chris |
