Hello,

My /etc/make.conf session looking like this:
| Code: | #SYNC="rsync://rsync.hu.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage"
SYNC="rsync://rsync.europe.gentoo.org/" |
I found this page only: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-6892744.html, but doesn't help. Or does it? Where can I check firewall settings? Maybe it doesn't help. Any other idea?
Thanks for advance for answers,
m

It sort of looks like your firewall if you have one is still letting some packets through... Perhaps it's an ISP issue because one rsync mirror did show up?
I guess nobody will complain if you just used the global Gentoo rsync mirror once at least to try and grab a tree... (Delete SYNC= from make.conf and try again)... _________________ Core-i7-2700K@4.1GHz/8GB RAM/180GB SSD/Intel HD3000 graphics
What the heck am I advocating? |
