What exactly is this install Wizard? The release announcement was not clear. Also the IRC chat guru could not answer the question.
Also, the IRC guy said this Install Wizard in just for today only? Is that true? I could not take this guy (moederator) seriously. I mean his name was chithead lol. _________________ KB |

Okay, but that's what I don't understand and he didn't explain. What is the Install Wizard? What can I expect if I use it exactly? I mean are we talking like an Anaconda type installer here? Ubiquity installer? And nothing in the release notes talks about it eaither. I'd love to download it but I don't have that kind of bandwidth so would have to go physically where I can get those speeds to download it. The last DVD had no installer. And why would you have to pay for it for one day only? Even the release notes do not say anything about it.
Im sorry but I just find it profound and intriguing as I've never heard of anything like it in Linux before? _________________ KB |

Wait, is this an April Fools thing?
All of a sudden GNOME has released their beta GNOME 4 too and all it is is just a blue screen? Something funny is going on! _________________ KB |

| As you already know the only installation method for gentoo is the command line and following the gentoo handbook. There's no installer actually. |

I restored my PC date to 1st April and tried it. It redirects you to Gentoo handbook and thats it ! |
