What is missing to play this NPR BOSTON by rhythmbox

I tried playing this station in rhythmbox

when I tried, it returns this error

I use gst-plugins-meta with USE flags to manage the plugins for rhythmbox, even I enabled all USE flags, it still didn't work.

I am not forced to listen this station. Just curious.

by the way, are some tools better, more compatible to play radio via internet? like totem, etc...
