I tried to unmerge all emul-linux stuff, but that did not solve the conflict. What's wrong here? _________________ HP ZBook Power 15.6" G8 i7-11800H|HP EliteDesk 800G1 i7-4790|HP Compaq Pro 6300 i7-3770

Hi,
I've resolved this today by unmerging and merging all relevant emul-linux-x86* packages:
- find out your installed emul-linux-x86* packages ( eix emul-linux -I)
- find out the old version packages (I had troubles with the version 201205*)
- backup them with quickpackage (just for sure - the old package ebuilds were already removed from portage tree)
- unmerge the package(s) (all at once or one by one, then you must do it in correct order)
- emerge the package(s) again (new stable version is installed 20121028)
- revdep-rebuild for clean state...
Good luck! _________________ No matter, whatever it is, just compile it! |

Ok, I did this now as you said: Code: | eix emul-linux -Ic --only-names |xargs emerge -C |
And right, that solved it. _________________ HP ZBook Power 15.6" G8 i7-11800H|HP EliteDesk 800G1 i7-4790|HP Compaq Pro 6300 i7-3770 |
