hi there, trying to install kvm with this howto
http://en.gentoo-wiki.com/wiki/KVM
my question, what should happen after this point
| Code: | | kvm -hda gentoo-i386.img -cdrom livecd-i686-installer-2007.0.iso -boot d |
I only get
| Code: | | VNC server running on `127.0.0.1:5900' |
what to do now?
tried | Code: | | vncviewer localhost:5900 | and get

Yea, sorry, but this is really bad advice. Virt-manager is a manged POS that will run you ragged trying to get all the requirements and pre-requisites in place, not to mention the insanely picky specific requirements to even get it to load.
@dachris
I'm not sure why you got that response. Try adding to your kvm command. Then you should be able to do:
