Hi to all!

I want to do a ebuild to emerge Free Open Ghost.

From project homepage (http://freeghost.no-ip.org):

"Fog is a Linux-based, free and open source computer imaging solution for Windows XP and Vista that ties together a few open-source tools with a php-based web interface. Fog doesn't use any boot disks, or CDs; everything is done via TFTP and PXE. Also with fog many drivers are built into the kernel, so you don't really need to worry about drivers (unless there isn't a linux kernel module for it). Fog also supports putting an image that came from a computer with a 80GB partition onto a machine with a 40GB hard drive as long as the data is less than 40GB.

Fog also includes a graphical Windows service that is used to change the hostname of the PC, restart the computer if a task is created for it, and auto import hosts into the FOG database. The service also install sprinters, and does simple snap-ins."

Sounds great, doesn't?

Some people can help me?

Did you build one or found any on the web?

Not trying to be sarcastic, but no-ip.org sites are notorious for being used as attack platforms; can you vouch that this is a legitimate FOSS project?

FOG is a legitimate project: http://fogproject.org/

My work entirely depends on it. Without it, I'm dead in the water.

Is there any luck in making an ebuild?

Sounds interesting, found this via Google

http://www.google.co.uk/url?q=https://siagas.math.unipd.it/siagas/getTesi.php%3Fid%3D334&sa=U&ei=IT6FT6u7HsSq8APHiP3OBw&ved=0CCgQFjAI&usg=AFQjCNFLqoltfpIkxaqjawQEG9VkTZDA1Q

See page 52, it is a little outdated though

Thanks for the link. Fog's current stable is 0.32, so that PDF is just about as up-to-date as you can get.

I'll test out that ebuild when I get the chance.
