I purchased the Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro USB Audio System with THX SB1095 and my subwoofer is not working. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I do not know, but have you googled it? Suggested terms:
snd_ctcfi subwoofer alsa
or some group like that. I found some promising looking google hits. The alsa page might have some info for you on that.
