average response time is about 30 minutes, and that's only when they exclude next-day arrivals.

Actually, it sounds like a libertarian paradise. Armed population, private security, government looks the other way if you act in self defense. Forget New Hampshire, maybe Detroit can be the new Freestate. |

detroit is a classic case of inner city collapse in north america. This happened to a lot of cities in the US, but thankfully this didn't really happen in canada. |
