18.6%.
Compared to 22% of Newt.

For Ron Paul? He will stay in until the convention. The longer he's in the race the more it forces Romney et al to acknowledge the constitutional principles which Dr. Paul champions. _________________

Pretty weak that Paul couldn't get second. He did in 2008. _________________ I have gained this by philosophy: that I do without being commanded what others do only from fear of the law. |

If he doesn't win Colorado we can blame pjp for not voting like a democrat... early and often (for the same election). _________________

I would hope Dr. Paul could get 20% or more of the delegates, and force his voice to be heard at the convention. _________________ I am not young enough to know everything.

And as an Independent, who will you able to vote for in the Colorado Primaries? _________________ I am not young enough to know everything.

why should a party let outsiders decide about their candidate?
btw, 'caucus' and 'primary' - what is what and what are the differences? Besides that the first one sounds like clowns and bearded ladies. _________________

And as an Independent, who will you able to vote for in the Colorado Primaries? | I have no idea how Colorado handles primaries. Most places I've been (and in general) require party registration to vote in the primaries.
Primaries are largely irrelevant to the perception of a two party system. The problem is the result of those who aren't die-hard partisan voters but insist they must vote for the lesser of two evils. As long as they maintain that attitude of failure, the cycle will continue. _________________ Safety is my gaol.

I desperately want a "primaries reform" such that any registered voter can vote once for any primary, regardless of party affiliation. I honestly believe that if Democrats had been able to vote for Ron Paul in the Republican primaries previously he would have won the Republican spot. Now whether he would have won the entire election I'm really not sure, but I think he would have done that as well. _________________ Vista needs more memory than Windows for Supercomputers |

More likely the Republican nominee would then end up being The Rent is Too Damn High guy. _________________ Obama killed bin Laden like Nixon was the first man on the Moon. |

At least the unions are doing their part:
| Quote: | | Adding to pressure on Papademos and political leaders, Greece’s biggest public-sector and private-sector union groups, ADEDY and GSEE, hold a 24-hour general strike tomorrow to protest measures that could include a cut in the minimum wage, lower pensions and immediate layoffs for state employees. |
Since they are going to have to effectively sell their souls for a bailout, maybe the Greek government should try to get a better deal from China, Russia, or Saudi Arabia, all of whom would probably be happy to have a colony smack in the middle of the Mediterranean. _________________ Obama killed bin Laden like Nixon was the first man on the Moon. |
