Ore said in his statement that Yang still faces a special-circumstance allegation of torture that would likely result in a term of life in prison with no chance of parole if she is convicted. |

This one did, and she's not retarded. I'd say she'd have to be mentally ill to do that, but I see no mention of it, and you can be mentally ill and still liable for your actions (mentally ill does not necessarily qualify you for the legal defense of "insanity", although it's a mitigating circumstance). In my opinion, anybody who abuses a child is mentally ill, but that doesn't mean they aren't accountable. She fucking microwaved a baby (her own baby) to death. Ever seen what happens to a sausage in a microwave? How about a screaming sausage?

Today in Rome a man (a cocaine addict) was arguing with the wife, than took their 16months baby from the hands of the wife and threw him in the icy Tevere river ..... the police is still looking for the baby.

It is just about the worst thing I've ever heard. Probably worse than that other story you posted about the guys who raped that woman and child and burned them alive. As for deserving to die, maybe so, but I have to believe the person who did this is insane. We don't usually pass such judgments on insane people. But clearly she is a menace to herself and others.
