That depends on where you draw the border. There's really no such thing as a true "German"; there are Prussians (which is just short for "half-ass Polish/Russian) and their sidekicks, and there are Austro-Bavarians (bitchslap-dancing yodler mountain hillbillies) and their sidekicks. The difference between them boils down to the fact that one group of people were conquered by Rome (the Austro-bitches), while the other had more balls and were not.

You are confusing real prussians (Estonians, Latvian ....) with German Prussian i.e. western germans that invaded the east in 12th century, real prussians (non christian barbarians) were forced further east in what is now the baltic countries.

Austro-bavarians immigrated from center-eastern europe, descendent of the Avars, not really germans.
