forums are sloooooow tonight r u being DOS'd? [SOLVED]

I doubt I will be able to post this on the first try, it has taken me 20 minutes to post a reply in another forum here.
Stuff just times out.
I can connect everywhere else and I have tried from two different locations here in San Diego, one with a super high speed connection to the workd, a really big pipe,, but from both: same result: slow as a wet week.

posted on first try but the redirect and two subsequent refreshes and the reply to timed out. Oh well. Have a great day wherever you are. ha! just noticed only about half the emoticons (9 of 20), on the left of this post window, have shown, the rest a bunch of broken links.
