Has some one messed up on oxygen-icons tarball ?

... and it's still loading!
I just had kdelibs fail because it pulls in oxygen-icons-4.7.4.tar.bz2 and it got to something like 356MB before the drive ran out of space.
It looks like it's heading the same way again on a reload.
It's currently larger than Virtualbox ! In fact it's the biggest file in distfiles and it's only supposed to be the icons.
Has someone uploaded a bad file to the mirrors??
