Yep, you are right, but these are modular libraries. Once you have QT development libs (i.e. QT Creator), you ar forced to have QT-WebKit installed (for the help browser), so having an independant QT WebKit-based browser is quite,... erm... light  _________________ Xavier Miller

| As far as emerge time, sure, but it's harder to gauge the "impact" on a minimal system. If you look purely at the browser build time, it LOOKS like chromium is about 50x as "big" as arora and its minimal friends. But if you lump in the required rendering engine, it's less than 2x as "big". Still quite a noticeable difference, but IMHO not enough to call one "light/slim/quick" and the other "huge/bloated/monstrous" =) |

qupzilla crashed after 3 clicks.
