XML link wrongly displayed

Hhm, FF 3.6.23 and Konqueror fail to display this http://www.iana.org/assignments/service-names-port-numbers/service-names-port-numbers.xml right and b/c Opera works I'm wondering what's wrong at my system ?

I'm on XP using Chrome at the moment, and I'm failing to get the page (just endlessly attempting to connect). One time I did get it, and it said "page does not exist".

Problem on their end, maybe?

Well, page is reachable - and even with FF 8.0 it is misformatted.
