It looks like your C compiler cannot create executables. There may be some useful information in config.log. |

I have no idea what to do about this?
Here is a problem:
azzerare ~ # gcc-config -l
* gcc-config: Active gcc profile is invalid!
[1] x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-4.5.3
azzerare ~ #
This is my CHOST from make.conf CHOST="x86_64-pc-linux-gnu"
Looks like I have more problems that alsa. I tried to update emerge -av1 binutils gcc glibc
and I ran into the same problem.

i did a emerege deepclean and that screwed up gcc. emerged gcc and all is good _________________ Without diversity there can be no evolution:) |
