I never followed the case, and don't really give a damn about her. I am saddened to hear that someone who is semi-doable has harpes... and that is the real moral of the story.

She may be guilty, but it seems like the case wasn't all that strong. I'm not a huge fan of circumstantial evidence.

There are precedents of cases like her. Essentially it is this: If a crime happened within the confines of four walls then the burden of proof lies with you to prove your alibi.

Oh, OK. I thought the interest was in finding who may have actually committed the crime.
