Been having a little health issue, and was admitted into the cardiac ward yesterday. Today I did a nuclear cardiac stress test. After being injected with a radio tracer, I was getting ready to slide into the gamma camera/x-ray and the nurse asked me if I wanted to listen to some music during the 15 minute process. She had Pandora, so I said put on some Pink Floyd. As my radioactive body was sliding into the equipment, Welcome To The Machine started playing.

Echo cardiogram looked good as did the nuclear stress test. There is a strange Q-wave that comes and goes.

That stress test was a bitch. They get you up to your maximum heart rate (on an inclining treadmill), inject you with more isotope and you have to continue at that rate for another minute.
