Hello everyone.
I have a problem with alsa configuration. It is working. But when i plug in headphones internal subwoofer still plays sounds. And there is no configuration for subwoofer in alsamixer. Can anyone tell me what to do or where to read?

I have followed this guide HOWTO Alsa и встроенные звуковые платы VIA и Intel.
At HDA-Intel-Soundchips section there are some configurations.
But i cant do 'options' command. What is this command?

Kernel version: 2.6.39

And why i have
Code:
/etc/init.d/alsasound -V
alsasound (OpenRC) 0.8.3 (Gentoo Linux)

but
Code:
cat /proc/asound/version
Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.24.

?
Thanks for help.

'options' command

I use:
Code:
# grep hda /etc/modprobe.d/brebs.conf
options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1 index=0 probe_mask=1

PaulBredbury, thank you.

As I meant earlier:
Code:
bash: options: command not found

or I misunderstand something.

In '/etc/modprobe.d/' i have found just soud.conf:
Code:
options snd-hda-intel model=acer-aspire

But changing this does not bring any results.

Also there is alsa.conf in this directory:

Code:

#/etc/modprobe.d/alsa.conf:
...
alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
alias sound-slot-0 snd-hda-intel
# --- END: Generated by ALSACONF, do not edit. ---

And there is no ALC670 codec in HD-Audio-Models.txt
