Guys/Galls,
I have been doing barcamps and hackfest about 'Cheap linux server at home' mostly for south america. I have been using the NSLU2 as a demo and main subject since it can be found for about $30 on the internet but recently its been difficult to find it. I need a replacement for the NSLU2 that one can install gentoo on it.
It would have to be a hardware that is $60 or less (the cheaper the better since most of my audience are college and highschool students), and be able to run a web server (either http from busybox or lighttpd), have bash (with grep, awk, etc..).
So far the only options I have found are the plug computers (sheevaplug, guruplug, etc..) that run over the $60 mark. If you do know of an alternative I would appreciate it .
PD: sorry for my broken English grammar, it is not my first language. _________________ http://orvtech.com
