I recently upgraded my kde to 3.0.2. I also upgraded libpng. Now, when I try to launch certain programs in KDE, I get the following:

My /usr/lib directory contains the following libpng files:

I have checked out the threads in these forums but am still having problems. Can anybody tell from this output what needs to be done?

Try to unmerge all instances of libpng and re-emerge libpng again.
