Hi,
I recently installed Gentoo Linux. I merged Mozilla and when I ran it i noticed that the fonts were anti-aliased. I would like to disable anti-aliasing in mozilla, How do I do that? Is it a setting I can just change, or do I have to recompile Mozilla? I do not really like anti-aliasing and want it turned off.
Thanks |

Modify your /usr/lib/mozilla/default/prefs/unix.js file so that it says something like:
pref("font.antialias.min", 18 );
rather than
pref("font.antialias.min", 10);
It will disable antialiasing at smaller point sizes; at larger sizes it actually looks quite nice without signifant artefacts.
