Exec format error 64Bit proccesor

I have a samsung n150 (atom n450), and when I tryed chroot stage3 (amd64) bash put error:
chroot: failed to run command '/bin/bash': Exec format error
I following the handbook

Are you using a 64bit kernel? What liveCD you are using?

The liveCD has to be 64bit as well, otherwise it cannot execute the code in the stage3 tarball for 64bit.

Yes I have a minimal amd64 and stage3 amd64

Try the systemrescue CD with rescue64 as kernel:

I run rescurecd with 64bit kernel and I it works.
