hello,
sorry if this is the wrong section for my post,if yes don't hesitate to move it and please forgive me for my mistake.
my portage was ok until 2 days ago.
when i try to update my portage tree with the command eix-sync the connection is timing out.
this is the output of the command eix-sync,

the content regarding the gentoo mirrors of my /etc/make.conf,
my dsl connection is working fine,i am able to download movies,music,etc but not to sync with gentoo mirrors.
os:~amd64
kernel:2-6.36-gentoo-r4(manual)
portage:2.1.9.25

| All those errors seem to indicate problems using the servers you have configured Portage to use. Could you temporarily switch to other servers, such as one of the North American or European mirrors? Your local mirrors are a better choice when they work, but there is no harm in using a more distant mirror for the moment. |

i changed my mirrors many many times.
after changing the mirros the follow error came out,

i have tried mirrors in usa,germany and greece but i cannot sync in any of them. |

| That name exists, so the problem is likely local. What changed just before Portage broke? Can you resolve that name if you use a well known nameserver, such as 4.2.2.1? What is the output of emerge --info ; nl /etc/resolv.conf ; traceroute 194.62.23.99? That IP address is one of the ones currently assigned to rsync.de.gentoo.org. |

the problem was solved,thanks.
the content of /etc/resolv.conf when the prob was existed,

i know that the time is very important for the gentoo system,so i gave date and the output is this,

i always had a time sync problem,so i update correctly the bios's time and i set /etc/conf.d/hwclock to local (i am using openrc and baselayout -2.0.1-rc1).
but the output of date command is strange to me.it was never like this before.

i am a noob programmer who loves gentoo and i want to know what is going on in my system.
i am using gentoo since March of 2010 and this is the first time that i have such an issue.
