Hallo,
I am using rsync for years now, and suddenly when I tried to sync my local directory with the remote server I host my site (openbsd), I received the following error regarding a specified folder and some of its contents:

Time value of %s truncated on receiver |
I am certain that it is related to the fact that this folder is called w3c and it includes files for the silly p3p polocy of Internet Explorer that really sucks and does not work (it is better to ignore this policy -I think- and do not permit people who value it to use your site, like google does, because the best it can do is only to create more problems!).
However, I would like to ask what is this issue.

Actually I think this is a bug in rsync - it should have replaced %s with the actual time value to alert you what's going on  |
