If I have one moizlla open, and I want to open another mozilla (like by another program, so I can't use Ctrl+N or Ctrl+T), mozilla will open a "Select User Profles" windows, and I can't use the default profile. Is there any way to avoid this?

Thanks.

Moving to Desktop Environments, as Mozilla runs under X and thus fits the description...

Mozilla supports some of netscape's "remoting" capability. Check out this URL:
http://www.mozilla.org/unix/remote.html

You can do things like:
mozilla -remote "openURL(http://www.gentoo.org, new-window)"

This will send a command to an existing session rather than opening a new one.
