I decided to install gentoo on my server but the problem is that I have a video card that seems to be unsopported but works under centos, ubuntu, fedora. The motherboard is DSEB-DG with integrated video card Z9s.

If it works under the other distros it will be able to in gentoo.
Go into the ubuntu or other, ensure pciutils is installed, enter and post lspci and /or lspci -k
This will identify the card's required drivers and then that will guide you to enabling it in gentoo
