After system assembly utility setterm disappeared .
Rebuilding the util-linux package failed to redress the situation.
Please, help to fix the situation.

What version of util-linux?

It appears to still exist in 2.21.2...

It showed up in /usr/bin/setterm, is this where you're looking for it?
