Problem emerging KDE

Hi all.
I'm getting an error when I try emerging KDE.
"Couldn't open cache entry for kde-base/arts 1.0.2 r1 ebuild.
(Likely caused by a syntax error or corruption in the kde-base/arts 1.0.2.r1 ebuild)"
I can't emerge Xmms either. Did I miss an announcement or something?

I cannot 'emerge -u world.' Emerge fails trying to emerge arts.
