Hello,
I have been having trouble building pango-1.26.2 in the last few days and was wondering if anyone could help me resolve this issue. Haven't been able to track down any useful information regarding this particular failure.

I think this should sufficient information to begin working on this, If you would like any additional information I'll throw it up here.

Code:

libtool: install: /usr/bin/install -c .libs/libpangocairo-1.0.lai /var/tmp/portage/x11-libs/pango-1.26.2/image//usr/lib64/libpangocairo-1.0.la

I think it's because of missing .la files. You can remerge cairo or use the lafilefixer package.

Thanks Sebaro, That fixed it.
Many bugs regarding failures in pango dealt with 'maintainer mode' .la file issues didn't even cross my mind.
Code:

roslin harrisj # lafilefixer --justfixit
