Creating Japanese forum

Hi all,

We have a forum for Japanese for a long time.
Gentoo Linux Users Group Japan, GentooJP, has a wiki and web site for Japanese, but I think, we should have more accessible boards for Japanese here.
The new forum helps to use Japanese in Gentoo and also resolve problems.
And it'll be good exchange point to a gentoo user who has interesting to Japan. :wink:

Yeah why not, but we need at least 1 or 2 mods to take care of that new subforum.
