hi everyone...
I'm using xfce4 and mplayer.
the thing is when i doubleclick on an mp3 i want this file opend by mplayer wich is run within a terminal
so i go with a right klick on it and say open with
-> use a custom command
/usr/bin/mplayer (would be mine) but what do i have to add to run it within a terminal?

Try to set the custom command to something like /usr/bin/xterm -e /usr/bin/mplayer. Check the man page of the terminal you want to use for the equivalent of xterm's -e. _________________ PKA Cuber
