Now I see many dependencies to kdelibs-3.5. I know about koffice but I see many other packages.

I'm not sure exactly what your question is, or what you're trying to do. equery is reporting dependencies in all packages in the portage tree (-a) not direct (-d) or indirect (-D) dependencies to what's emerged on your machine. Compare those packages to what you actually have installed: look in /var/lib/portage/world, or use or qlist -I (part of app-portage/portage-utils).

app-text/bibletime-1.6.5.1-r1 (=kde-base/kdelibs-3.5*)

^ It has a Qt4 version available in Portage, this old version is already masked...

app-text/kbibtex-0.2.1 (=kde-base/kdelibs-3.5*)

^ Won't be completely removed, it needs a update to latest subversion snapshot...

games-mud/kmuddy-0.8 (=kde-base/kdelibs-3.5*)

^ Already has a KDE4 version in portage.. 1.0.x

media-plugins/mythbrowser-0.21_p17105 (kde-base/kdelibs:3.5)

^ Already has a Qt4 version in a portage, this is just a old version...

media-sound/rosegarden-1.5.1 (=kde-base/kdelibs-3.5*)
media-sound/rosegarden-1.7.3 (=kde-base/kdelibs-3.5*)

^ Already has a Qt4 alpha in portage, the final release is to be released sometime Febuary of next year

net-im/licq-1.3.5-r1 (kde ? >=kde-base/kdelibs-3.0:3.5)
net-im/licq-1.3.6 (kde & qt3 ? kde-base/kdelibs:3.5)
net-im/licq-1.3.7 (kde & qt3 ? kde-base/kdelibs:3.5)

^ The USE kde+qt3 combo will just be removed, licq-1.3.7 at least has a Qt4 frontend available already

sci-visualization/labplot-1.6.0.2 (=kde-base/kdelibs-3.5*)

^ 2.0.0_alpha2 is released, but it's back in 2008, it seems pretty dead project to us, there's a bug open for that in bugs.gentoo.org

x11-libs/compizconfig-backend-kconfig-0.6.0 (=kde-base/kdelibs-3.5*)

^ This is not even in portage, dunno where you got it

Ok. But the old version of packages using kdelibs:3.5 kept in portage. Why?
KDE 3.5 move to another repository. Is it keeps due take possibility to emerge old versions with adding KDE 3.5 repository? Or what reason to keep it in portage?

No reason.

We know about all of them, but KOffice needs to go stable first, after that's done it'll be all handled swiftly.

Give it some time...
