Dolphin label a vfat drive

I have 2 vfat USB drives.
How do I label what shows in Dolphin when I insert them?

In command line, you will need mkfs.vfat (provided by dosfstools) and use the -n switch.
For a GUI, you can emerge gparted (with the fat USE flag).
