I'm wondering if there is a away to install gentoo from my fat32 partition ?
Can somone explain me how ?

I'm not sure you gave us enough information to work with here. Are you looking to use the bootable Gentoo CD and install your Gentoo onto your fat32 hard disk? What is it that you are trying to do, more specifically--and why?
