I think he's referring to the kind you see at the bottom of web pages. Much smaller than a desktop wallpaper. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.

| I wouldn't call this a desktop wallpaper, exactly. But ok, it's not really of "standard" banner format... |

So scale it down to 75x62 (constraints kept).
I just did that.. course, the letters are kinda hard to read |

I'd like to see someone develop a 'gentoo' font. I think that would look really good in a 'powered by' logo. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.

I'm all for that, when will it be completed | I'll be generous and say 1 week after you teach me how to make fonts .
Heck, I can't even figure out blender to make 1 letter, let alone an alphabet. _________________ lolgov. 'cause where we're going, you don't have civil liberties.

I used to use blender some, and know my way around the interface fairly well, but I have forgotten how to model with it. _________________ This message self destructed a long time ago. |

Yep...that's exactly what I meant.
What about a modified, smaller version of the graphic that's up here in the corner of the forums?
Instead of saying "Gentoo Forums", you could just have it say "Gentoo Powered" _________________ --brain |

That one's ok, but it's still kind of big for the bottom of a webpage. I like the modified forum graphic idea, but I'd mangle it if I tried it! _________________ --brain |

| I know its off topic, but Brain, In that band album, pic #22, is that a king can of blue? if so... Right on. The king can of Blue is an essential item, its the perfect beer for when the denominations of beer-boxes don't suit your intentions (does that make sense?) just before you check-out at the beer store you always gotta grab a kinger or 2. |

I've been meaning to learn blender, and would much appreciate a copy of the pdf. You can email me the pdf (or email me for instructions re. uploading to my ftp server) or whatever if that's okay.
Thanks,
