PostPosted: Fri May 01, 2009 7:27 pm    Post subject: emerge sqlite fails Reply with quote

I get this error:
Code:

/usr/lib/libdl.so.2: undefined reference to `_dl_tls_get_addr_soft@GLIBC_PRIVATE'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
distcc[13489] ERROR: compile ./src/shell.c on localhost failed
make: *** [sqlite3] Error 1

I tried rebuilding glibc and run revdep-rebuild, but it still fails.
Any ideas?

I've seen that sort of stuff before in various ebuilds after doing a major portage update with a new glibc/gcc and toolchain but not having rebooted yet.

I've rebooted a few times so far.

sys-cluster/dlm-lib-2.03.09 (/usr/lib/libdlm.so.2.03.09)

So rebuild sys-cluster/dlm-lib I guess. Strange that it was registered against /usr/lib and not /usr/lib64 for me

vaxbrat: how is dlm-lib relevant here?

lazloman: what is the output of emerge --info ; emerge --pretend --verbose dev-db/sqlite?
