After i upgrade to xorg-server and all other things im not sure what is problem dbus, hal and ivamn !
I cant see usb stick anymore, also i dont see my 2 hard drives !
I also have problem with keyboard and mouse but i fix that !
Also i read this documents :

Well, first, if you don't have xf86-input-evdev emerged, please do
and remove your input sections (with references to them) from your xorg.conf
(looking at it, it should just work).
As for mounting, it's an old problem, search the forums,
hal is now setup to not mount fixed drives by default (as it was mounting
recovery partitions on laptops then). |

You don't have dbus in a run level.
You don't need ivman, it may be causing conflict. |

I put dbus on boot i try without ivman same problem 2 hard drives not mount and try to search forum how to setup hal to mount tham and without success !
Please help !
Also keyboard and mouse working fine now !

How i solve problem :
If you are update new things like is DBUS, HAL, IVMAN
You need to do few things !
DBUS & IVMAN are OK
DBus must be -- > Boot service [ Its best way ]
Ivman also need to be -- > Boot Service [ Best to be boot ]
Hal is best way to be -- > Default service [ Default ]
As the some things changes in HAL its not mount default hard drives [ Internal ]
Things you Should to do is the next way :
To edit this part

Fixed drives
Problem: Your fixed drives aren't mountable by tools like nautilus.
Solution: hal-0.5.11-r2 and hal new one hal-0.5.11-r8 added a policy file that sets volume.ignore for fixed disks . Copy the file

Have a look at /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor/99-storage-policy-fixed-drives.fdi
copy it to somewhere in /etc/hal (maybe same place, where you'd put input fdi file)
and modify it, so hal mounts your drive (match by drive label)
- I'm talking about a rule, that for drives matching drive label (that's info.product) sets volume.ignore to false. |
