Hi guys
I have a webcam to look over the cars we have since we have had trouble with kids etc, its been running fine foe years, after a system update, all of a sudden, motion will not capture video, it crashes and dumps the frames. ffmpeg is used ot encode what motion captures, I have tried using every codec available in motions config and fffmpeg i compiled with xvid, aac, support
Motion version 3211
ffmpeg version 049 p20090201
I am aware that any version above 048 of ffmpeg no longer support mpeg1, never used that anyway
Are there any alternatives to replace motion or does anyone have any idea whats wrong?
thanks in advance _________________ Main:
