When it will be realise like stable version for amd64 kde-meta 4.2 ?

I do it few seconds ago

Code:
 emerge --sync

Upgrade, update all things and try to amgrade kde-meta 4.2 but its still masked !

I use gentoo 2008 amd64 version !

4.2 probably wont make it to stable. 4.3 probably will. Follow the kde4 guide if you want it that badly

Kde 4.4 will hit the stable mark I think. So maybe, in one year max or two if we are not lucky.

For a start, KDE4.2 depends on some other ~arch packages (e.g. xorg-server-1.5.3) which have to stabilize at first. Once that is done, I can't see why, say, KDE-4.2.2 shouldn't make it to stable.

until kde add the network manager plasma app i don't think i should be added to stable. Like i said, KDE is ~95% of a full DE now.
