failed to execute /linuxrc

hi guys,

my freshly install-ing gentoo is not bootable(using latest install livecd and stages3-i686 from gentoo mirrors)
i put my / onto LVM onto raid mirror (don't tell me to change my model, plz, i used to install gentoo like this on other servers)
my motherboard has only SATA and no IDE stuff on it
here's my config

/dev/sda1 => /dev/md1
/dev/sda2(swap) => /dev/md2
/dev/sda3 => /dev/md3
/dev/sda4 => /dev/md4

/dev/lvm-root/lvm0 => /dev/md3
/dev/lvm-home/lvm0 => /dev/md4

cmds:
genkernel --lvm --dmraid --mdadm --menuconfig all

grub.conf:
title=Gentoo Linux
root (hd0,0)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz init=/linuxrc root=/dev/ram0 real_root=/dev/lvm-root/lvm0 dolvm dodmraid lvmraid=/dev/md3 vga=791
initrd /boot/initrd.img

p.s. i m sure i did the symlink for the above

any clues?

not bootable is not helpful.
as exactly as possible what happens? and doesn't?

during boot up
this sentence show up
and the pc stopped

not kernel panic
but stops somewhere there......

no login prompt
no module loadup list

just ends with this statement
