Error with doing an emerge -up world

I'm getting this message when i do this and it stops me at this point. I'm not sure what it means. It's also in red...

[blocks B ] <dev-perl/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.05-r6 (from pkg dev-lang/perl-5.8.0-r12)

I think the new perl has this built in now or something so it isn't needed just emerge unmerge ExtUtils-MakeMaker. Think there are two other. BTW B=Blocked. There is something about this somewhere here if you want to search.
