emerge fusion-icon with kde4 fails.

Hi, I have been trying for a while now to emerge emerge fusion-icon but I am having a problem with qt.

In more details when I try to emerge fusion-icon with the qt4 flag I get the following:

Additional info:
This is a clean install and I have only install up to xorg-x11.
