I'm looking for a cheap UPC scanner.
I found a CueCat and I figure old hardware would be supported by Linux but the driver appears to be abandoned before the 2.6 kernel. |

I'm using a USB CueCat just fine under 2.6.26. I don't think it needs special drivers: it uses the standard USB HID drivers. |
