Normally, my camera would be easy to mount. I would just mount /dev/sdc1 /mnt/camera.
However, with my new canon, I'm having difficulties. Here's the dmesg output:
sb-storage: device scan complete

usb-storage: device scan complete
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 5
usb 1-3: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
scsi9 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices

Any idea how to mount this card? |

i don't believe that you can just mount a cannon camera. You need to use some program like gphoto2 to actually communicate with the camera and fetch pictures. _________________ I'll be mjrosenb on #${COMPUTER_RELATED_SUBJECT}

I'm just trying to mount the sandisk flash card using a usb reader. I have two canon cameras, one with compact flash the other using sandisk flash. I don't have a problem using compact flash. |

The flash card keeps on rescanning and never creates a scsi partition. Any ideas?
