Alt-F1 does not bring up K Menu in KDE4

I just did a world upgrade and installed KDE4 as it finally came into the Portage tree.

Before changing anything, Alt-F1 brings up the K menu, but if I switch to the classic menu style, Alt-F1 stops working even if I switch back to the new menu style.

What do I need to do to make sure Alt-F1 continues to work?

I dont know KDE4 - I'm waiting for version 4.2.1. But in KDE3, the Alt-F1 key combination is found in Menu -> Settings -> Regional & Accessibility -> Keyboard Shortcuts.

If you can find the equivalent in KDE4, perhaps it's not set.
