I'm using paludis, I don't know if that matters in this case, the failure is due to integrity check:
Code: |
File 'opera-9.60.gcc4-qt4.i386.tar.bz2': failed integrity checks: Incorrect file size
|
I cleared the "qt-static" flag, the same occurs with the shared qt file. I though it was a glitch that will be discovered and portage updated, but it has been like that for the last few days. _________________ "The hunt is sweeter then the kill."

standard issue(s). just download the exact same file from their website (making sure that the file size is sane, like say 9mb or so and not a url of few kbs), and put it in /usr/portage/distfiles/. and then do an ebuild digest on the .ebuild file, and ready to go. _________________ Helium Sources || Gentoo Minimal Livecd |

The strange thing is that the same ebuild, same files do work with portage, but not with paludis. I managed to upgrade opera using 'emerge', but I don't like switching between the 2 systems. _________________ "The hunt is sweeter then the kill."
