|

My external DVD drive isn't automounting. I've followed the Gnome-volume-manager howto, dbus is running, and I am a member of the plugdev group. I have the necessary kernel options and USE flags, and my USB memory stick works and automounts correctly. There is no relevant output from the command tail -f /var/log/messages (as suggested by the howto). There are no error messages, it simply doesn't mount. Thanks in advance for any help!
