Yep, checked with htop. Glad I have two CPUs, or I wouldn't be able to use my box. The process is avahi-daemon Any ideas?
[EDIT]: Doh: Code: | # /etc/init.d/avahi-daemon restart [ ok ]
* Stopping avahi-daemon ... [ ok ]
* Starting avahi-daemon ...
Process 8606 died: No such process; removing PID file. (/var/run/avahi-daemon//pid) [ ok ] |
The PID was a leftover from a hard shutdown. _________________ Proprietary is theft. Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, if he had a chance

Actually, avahi-daemon seems to hang in 100% CPU every time I boot, and restarting it makes it work. Ideas, anyone?
[EDIT]: Code: | # rc-update add avahi-daemon default | did the trick... Odd that it wasn't there to start with. _________________ Proprietary is theft. Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, if he had a chance
